Cancellation Policy

1. Eligibility for Cancellation

Orders can be cancelled under the following conditions:

• Before Dispatch — You may cancel your order at any time before it is dispatched. If your order has not yet been shipped, please contact us immediately to request cancellation.
• After Dispatch — Once the order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled. After dispatch, the order will be subject to our Return & Refund Policy.

2. Cancellation Before Dispatch

This is the best time to cancel your order — no charges apply, and you'll receive a full refund (for prepaid orders).

• Timeframe: Any time between placing the order and dispatch.
• Typical dispatch time: 1–2 business days.
• Charges: Zero cancellation fees.
• Refund: Full product amount + any taxes refunded to the original payment method.

3. Cancellation After Dispatch

Once the order has been shipped and handed over to our courier partner, we cannot cancel it mid-transit. In such cases, you have two options:

• Refuse Delivery — Inform the delivery agent that you wish to reject the parcel. The order will be returned to us, and a return process will be initiated.
• Accept & Return — Accept the parcel and initiate a return request within 7 days as per our Return & Refund Policy.

4. How to Cancel an Order

If you wish to cancel your order before it is dispatched, please follow these steps:

1. Contact our customer service team at punjabdealshelp@gmail.com or call +91 83609 80038 as soon as possible.
2. Provide your Order ID and a brief reason for cancellation (optional but helpful).
3. If your order has not been dispatched yet, we will confirm the cancellation and process it immediately.
4. You can also cancel directly from the My Orders page — click the "Cancel Order" button on any order in Placed or Accepted status.
5. Once cancelled, you'll receive a cancellation confirmation email/SMS.

5. Seller-Initiated Cancellation

Punjab Deals reserves the right to cancel an order under certain circumstances. You will be notified immediately, and a full refund will be issued (for prepaid orders). Orders may be cancelled by us if:

• Non-serviceable delivery area — The delivery pin code is not covered by our courier partner network, or the area is temporarily restricted.
• Product out of stock — The item became unavailable after your order was placed.
• Pricing or listing error — Incorrect price, product description, or image was shown on the website.
• Suspected fraudulent activity — Orders with suspicious payment patterns or verification failures.
• Incomplete or incorrect address — Shipping details that cannot be verified.
• Force majeure events — Natural disasters, government restrictions, strikes, or other events beyond our control.
• Repeated COD refusals — Customer has a history of refusing COD deliveries.

6. Refund Process

If your order is cancelled before dispatch (either by you or by us), your refund will be processed as follows:

For Prepaid Orders (Online Payment / UPI / Card)

• Refund is issued to the original payment method used at checkout.
• Refund is typically initiated within 24 hours of cancellation.
• Credit time depends on your payment provider:
  • UPI / Wallets → 1–3 business days
  • Debit / Credit Cards → 5–7 business days
  • Net Banking → 3–5 business days

For Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders

• No payment was made, so no refund is needed.
• The order will be closed and marked as "Cancelled".
• No cancellation fees apply.
