1. Shipping Time

We aim to deliver your order within 2–5 business days after dispatch, depending on your location. In case of remote pin codes or unexpected delays, the delivery may take up to a maximum of 7–10 business days.

Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary based on:

• Your delivery pin code and city/town
• Product availability and stock status
• Public holidays, weather, or local restrictions
• Courier partner coverage in your area

2. Shipping Process

Our shipping process is designed to be simple and transparent:

• Order Confirmation — Once you place an order, you will receive a confirmation email and SMS within minutes.
• Processing — Orders are processed within 1–2 business days from the time of confirmation.
• Dispatch — Once your order is packed and handed over to our courier partner, you will receive a shipping confirmation with tracking details.
• In Transit — Track your order in real-time via the tracking link sent to your email/SMS.
• Delivery — A courier executive will deliver your package to the provided address. Please ensure someone is available to receive it.

3. Delivery Areas

We currently deliver to all serviceable pin codes across India. Remote or restricted areas may have limited courier support; in such cases, we will contact you and offer alternatives.

• We do not ship internationally at this time.
• We are continuously expanding our delivery network. For details on serviceability in your area, please contact our support team.
• Certain products may have restricted delivery based on state/city regulations.

4. Shipping Costs

Shipping charges are calculated based on your delivery address, product weight, and order value. The exact shipping cost is displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase — no hidden charges.

• Standard delivery charge: ₹40 – ₹100 depending on pin code and item size.
• Heavy or oversized items may carry additional shipping charges (shown at checkout).
• For COD orders, an additional handling fee may apply (as displayed at checkout).

5. Free Delivery

We offer FREE delivery on select products and orders above a minimum value (as indicated on the product page or cart). Look for the "Free Delivery" badge on eligible products.

Free delivery is automatically applied at checkout — no coupon code required.

6. Delays & Shipping Issues

While we work hard to meet all delivery timelines, sometimes unexpected delays may occur due to:

• Weather conditions or natural events
• Logistics or courier partner disruptions
• Public holidays or local strikes
• Incorrect or incomplete shipping address
• Unavailability of the recipient at the time of delivery

If your order is delayed beyond the estimated delivery window, we will proactively notify you and assist you in resolving the issue as quickly as possible.

7. Lost or Damaged Items

If your order is lost or damaged during transit, please contact us immediately (within 48 hours of the expected delivery date) at:

Please include photos of the damaged package/product (if applicable). We will work with the shipping carrier to investigate and resolve the issue.

8. Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders

We offer Cash on Delivery on most products across India. Please note:

• Please keep the exact amount ready at the time of delivery.
• COD orders may carry a small additional handling fee (shown at checkout).
• If you refuse to accept a COD order without valid reason, future COD orders may be restricted.
• For high-value orders, we may contact you to verify the order before dispatch.

9. Order Tracking

You can track your order in multiple ways:

• Visit the My Orders section in your account to see the current status.
• Use the tracking link sent to your email/SMS after dispatch.
• Contact our support team with your Order ID for real-time updates.

Order status updates include: Placed → Accepted → Packed → Shipped → Delivered.
